Fast!
Great app, with many output formats, great tool for pros!
POSITIVE: Unbeleivable amount of conversion possibilities. Video, Photo and Sound! Awesome! Very fast and easy to use... NEGATIVE: Better then 50% of Video I feed Converter Pro end up with “Finished 1 Error !!!”. No reporting on errors or success of conversion. Conversion settings a little cramped in the postage stamps. I would recomend it for the home-pro or retail user. Unfortunately, even at $6, it has no home in our studio…
Converter Pro
Very fast in converting file over, needs a little more explanation for the new users when having problems.
Ive only used it a few times and they want a rating so, here goes: works great so far, it downloaded 20 movies that my computer wouldn’t open and they were all opened in about 2 minutes! I like fast! no glitches i’m glad I bought it!
Inadequate Converter
Just blew $6.99 with no recourse for refund. This product CANNOT convert files with extension ‘.xspf’. Get error message ‘unplayable asset.
I make a lot of movies...
Whether for family and friends, or for my career as an artist, I create a lot of videos. My base software always produces videos in .mov format. So, I always need translation software. Sadly, I've tried EVERy app in the aoo store, only to find that Prism screws up the digital in videos when translated, and many others simply don't have the power. Yet, Converter pro seems to be the ONLY app out there that actually performs successfully. I find it to be a lifesaver, especially for business! I give it a five star review gladly!!!
Lag
I downloaded this to use for only one video, and the video that I converted experienced incredible lag. I will be reaching out to the developers for a regun, because this app was not good.
No AVCHD
This software don't seem to recognize AVCHD fomat despite of their promise of being capable of anything.
Saved my backside
This program has saved me many times, both in easily converting files to transfer, but also repairing issues with corrupted packages, etc. Thank you!
Pretty Handy
I had no problem using this item. There is some confusion on my part as to the formats available but that's just my lack of knowledge. I wanted to make a CD but my Mac doesn't have one so I though I'd make the video in .264 so I can share it.
unusable
absolutely no support at all or any manuel to explain anything. No idea what to do with it or how it works. Waste of money
Disappointed
I was able to convert my MTS files, however, the quality was very poor (interlacing lines).

Great application - when it works, it works well. However, BEWARE of the periodic updates!!!! Updates can cause major problems. Updates sometimes remove many of the parameters associated with some presets, which essentially prevents the application from being able to do conversions - it just gives an error message but zero help or explanation. Before it will work again, the user has to figure out exactly what to put into the newly blank parameter locations - not so obvious unless one is knowledgable about the specifics of format, etc. Rating: 3 Stars. (Average of items as explained below.) 5 for the application itself, but 1 for the inexcusable sloppiness in allowing the update process to occasionally “break” the application.

This app was able to convert all 70 video files, at a rapid pace! Thanks!
Memeories come alive again
It worked, technolgy keeps changing so fast and this did the trick. The year I got my video camera they started to change to DVD. I was able to change my Video tapes and record them on DVD. Then that didn’t work anymore. I went to try to play them on my computer a few years back and I couldn’t even view them because the mac computuer could not read it. I tried everything I could. I and down laoed it on a flash drivea flash drive. I down loaded it a PC and a MAC computer. I tried to down load them different ways into differnt programs. The whole thing just made me frustrated becuase one of the reasons why I took pictures and made videos was to keep our memoires alive. I just wanted to put them in the cloud so I had them to keep forever. I was playing around on my mac lap top and I came aross my fash drive with the file of the videos. I got motivated to try again. I looked in to different apps and acourse the free ones first. I read the reviews for this one and I took a change. It was a little hard to work. You have so send it where you want the file save to. I did it one time but, wasn’t really sure how it happened and I just keep trying over and over. Once I got it I made I shared them on my facebook, whcih keeps all your images/ videos in the cloud for storage. It was really nice to be able to share them and see them again after 16 years. I have one more disic around I still need to do. Even though it was hard to work, i gave it a high rating. I was so happy to finally have them again.

I’m a media professional and I really like this product. It’s done everything I’ve asked from it and so far I couldn’t be more satisfied. Highly recommended!
I’m not tech savvy
… but I found no difficulty dragging and dropping the files my MacBook Pro would not even recognize into this conversion engine and changing them into standard video files. I may actually be able to share my last few years of travel clips after all!
